Fat Man Tries to Eat Streetview Cam

June 15th, 2008 6 Comments

Ever since Google released StreetView, I have been patiently waiting for my privacy to be invaded and for my license plate number to be published to the thousands of pedophiles, sociopaths and convicted murders who roam the local libraries public computer lab. Not to mention the downright lunatics who jump on top of your car and try to stuff you into a plastic bag:

There’s another one where a car appears to be getting hit by a train. I’ll post most in a few days.

hahaha that is hilarious! the world’s most advanced company uses a plastic bag to shield their expensive camera.

I bet their server racks are on kitchen cabinets and protected by Barney Fife.

I think it was Google who had their first few servers not in racks, but in Legos! The reasoning was it was cheap (i dunno about that, Legos are pretty damn expensive), you could keep it open for airflow/cooling, and you could expand as necessary.

That being said, I think he is about to chow down on that.

“waiting for my … license plate number to be published to the thousands of… murderers” – Really? What harm does that do if they can’t look you up in the DMV records? It is no different than the thousands of pedophiles, sociopaths and murders you drive by on the way to work. Maybe you should cover your plate with a garbage back, just in case.

Google used legos for their first filing cabinets, and they used them because they had a bunch left over from a previous project

google streetview is not an invasion of privacy, anybody can take pictures on the street, the street isn’t private FFS stop all your women complaining and BS lies about how pedophiles will rape you. If you do not want to be seen anywhere don’t go on the street noob.

I love google streetview very helpful and i hope they do it for every street.
